HOA and Board Meetings
The Board meets on the third Monday of each
month (except March) at the Signal Ridge Club House located in Phase
1, 2, 3. The
annual Home Owners Association meeting is held on the first Monday
of March. Meetings for 2024 are noted on the calendar above.
Pest Control
Spraying for pests is done by Schendel Pest Service on the third Friday
every other month. Each building is sprayed, outside patios and
all. Individual owners can have their units sprayed inside for $43.30,
if they wish. Call 972-620-3232 to make an appointment, or if the truck
is on the property, simply catch the driver and tell him you want your
unit sprayed while he is onsite. Pest control service dates are noted
on the calendar above.
